Overview
This small, well-kept, house began life as The Crown and Squirrel, assuming its present name in 1906. It retains a country pub atmosphere with a lively bar, a cosy lounge and a conservatory for dining.

For many years, "The Eykyn" has been known as a "games pub" and a number of teams participate in local leagues for skittles, pool and darts, in addition to which some of the locals are avid cribbage and domino players.

An attractive bar menu, with a "specials board", has been introduced and is available most lunchtimes and evenings.

Theme evenings have been started and a newly furnished apartment is available, with accommodation for up to four people.
